Have you ever had anyone just walk right out of your life with no explanation at all? Perhaps they blamed you for certain behaviors that\u00a0were simply intolerable?<\/span><\/p>\n

It happens, and it is a very BIG CLUE from the universe that now is the time for some inner reflection. Just last weekend, a friend of mine had a girlfriend of over two years slip up and email the “wrong” boyfriend some cute photos of herself… And, oops, she revealed the fact that she was dating three guys and stringing them all along! <\/span><\/p>\n

If one is two-timing, she should double check the email address twice before she hits send.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oooops. How did he miss those clues?<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, this article could take the approach of “How to spot a bad person and avoid them.” <\/strong>Well, quite frankly, my first book, published over fifteen years ago, dealt with that angle. Today, I’d like to take a more holistic approach<\/strong> and suggest that when people do horrible things to you, it can be an opportunity to look within and see what you are reflecting out. <\/span><\/p>\n

There is always the odd ball person who just slips through your radar, but if there is a repeated statement that your friends or lovers say to you… listen up. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Do your friends kindly describe you as “intense” or “high-maintenance?”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Are you often accused of “trying too hard” or “making a federal case out of everything”?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Does the phrase “let it go” ring a bell? <\/span><\/p>\n

All I am suggesting is that when life continues to throw stones your way, you just might be suffering from a little known condition called IPD. IPD is a term I coined a few years ago doing stand-up comedy. It is different than ADD \u2014 IPD is … “Irritating Personality Disorder!” <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Your emotional baggage is too heavy and people are jumping ship because of it. <\/span><\/p>\n

An analysis of your own handwriting might help you learn where your weaknesses are, and how to start the change process. Modern handwriting analysis can be used like a mirror to reveal to you what others already see.<\/span><\/p>\n

I read a great self-help book that said, “if you really want to know what your unconscious mind REALLY thinks about you, take an honest look around… at your home, your car, your friends, your health. All those things are a direct reflection of your thoughts.”<\/span><\/p>\n

And, handwriting is a neurological reflection of the neuro-pathways, which are bundled, repeated thoughts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Often times, our “ugly baggage” doesn’t show up until we are emotionally involved with someone we care about… and it seems to be reevaluated when they walk out!<\/span><\/p>\n

This hidden emotional baggage can also explain why some people choose to ignore you, not take you seriously or head for the hills at the very mention of your name. The good news is that by choosing the right self-help tools, you can train your mind to alter the subconscious drives that are the root causes of these destructive patterns.<\/span><\/p>\n

In handwriting analysis, this practice is called <\/span> Grapho-therapy<\/span>: the science of changing your handwriting to change your life.<\/span><\/p>\n

When it comes to relationships, some people treat a potential soulmate like a porter at an airport. They are always looking for someone to handle their emotional burdens for them as they journey through life. Unfortunately, no matter how big the tip (how rich, attractive, or needy you are) few people you meet in life will be qualified for the job. It’s just too much work! <\/span><\/p>\n

\"Change-Ghandi-Quote\"It has been my observation that those people who make\u00a0the effort to learn to CHANGE THEMSELVES and release their emotional baggage travel through life with a light effortlessness that seems automatic.<\/strong>\u00a0The term “effortless manifestation” comes to mind when you handle all your emotional garbage. <\/span><\/p>\n

People with deep rooted resentment always tend to carry grudges like Olympic torches \u2014 the flame doesn’t go out! People that press super heavily on the paper are more likely to hold grudges, but heavy writing is not always a bad trait. Heavy writers also tend to be better lovers and achieve more long-term goals that require passion in order to see them through to completion. As you will discover in our “Advanced Handwriting Analysis Course,” psychological traits can be both positive and negative and show up in a variety of different ink strokes. But, for this article, I’ll keep it basic for those of you who are not enrolled into the Certification Level Course. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you know someone that just emotionally holds onto things too long, they might have an excess of tenacity. This kind of <\/span> tenacity <\/span> is often represented in handwriting that contains t<\/em>-bars that look like they have sprouted little fishing hooks at their ending point. <\/span><\/p>\n

Is that chip on your shoulder visible to others? A good way to tell if your<\/span> resentment is showing<\/span> is to examine the way you make the initial strokes of your lower case letters. The strokes are straight and rigid and tend to resemble a straight metal pole leaning into the next letter. The farther down it starts on the page indicates how far in the past the root cause of this anger really is. <\/span><\/p>\n

Are you sharing too much every time you open your mouth? Take a good look at your lowercase o<\/em>‘s. If they are open at the top it may indicate a <\/span> tendency to burden others with too much conversation<\/span> about your issues. Personally, I think the trait of being talkative can be charming and pleasant \u2014 if the person has happy things to talk about. But, if you combine a talkative person with a bunch of corrupted “victim” belief systems and anger and resentment… I’d rather they not open their mouth. <\/span><\/p>\n

Are you so busy convincing others that you can’t be convinced of anything yourself? Look for what we call the “Go To Hell K.” Your lowercase k<\/em> in a word like “monkey.”<\/span><\/p>\n

This is indicated by a lowercase k<\/em> that is larger than the other letters, or by an unusually large buckle or loop in the upper case of the letter.<\/span><\/p>\n

People who carry too much emotional baggage tend to <\/span> share some common personality traits: insecurity, fear, obsessiveness, possessiveness, talkativeness, inflexibility, rebelliousness, resentment, defiance, immaturity, and anxiety.<\/span><\/p>\n

In almost all cases, people with a severe case of “Irritating Personality Disorder”<\/strong> <\/span>have major emotional scars that are unresolved. A:<\/strong> Most people lie to themselves to avoid experiencing the emotional pain that facing up to reality might cause. (Example: kids lie to keep a parent from getting angry.) An indicator that you might be doing this is by viewing your lower case letter o<\/em>. The inner loops reveal how much secrecy you are keeping from yourself or others. <\/span><\/p>\n

If your little o<\/em>‘s contain two inner loops that touch, this indicates that you are lying to other people in addition to holding some self-deceit. Liar!<\/em>? Telling the truth all <\/em>the time can get you in big trouble.) <\/span><\/p>\n

A: <\/strong>People who are intuitive show breaks between letters in their cursive handwriting. Handwriting that is part printed, part cursive is also thought to indicate a strong sixth sense.<\/span><\/p>\n
